It is amazing what happens in the area that we may not be aware of. This
is a fish barrier and holding pen at a farm in Silver Creek. The
farmer, Eugene Puetz, takes the time every single day to check this
holding pen, net the fish, count and identify each one. And gently
remove them from the net so they can continue on their journey. From
here they swim on to their home riverbed to spawn and die. Photos by Hugh Tyson.
