REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) SERVICE TRUCKS
The Owner, the City of Salmon Arm, offers to receive proposals for the supply and delivery of a “Two (2) Service Trucks”.

SEALED Proposals, clearly marked,  ‘Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Service Trucks – ENG 2024-00-02’  will be received by the City of Salmon Arm Public Works Municipal Office, 100 – 30 Street SE, Salmon Arm, BC,  V1E 4N2 up to 2:00PM Local Time, March 28, 2024.

Notwithstanding any other requirements, the vehicles shall meet the requirements and all applicable regulations from the authority having jurisdiction.

The specifications outlined in this request for proposal are to be considered as desirable and any change to the specifications noted herein must be fully documented. Incomplete or vague proposals will not be considered.  

The City of Salmon Arm reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all proposals or accept the proposal deemed most favourable in the interests of the City of Salmon Arm.  The City of Salmon Arm will not accept responsibility for the costs incurred by the submitters for the preparation and submission of a Proposal or, for loss of potential profits where the project is not awarded.  The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
