This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites Bulk Aviation Fuel and Delivery Service Vendors to submit proposals for a Standing Offer Agreement which may result in the establishment of a Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) to provide for the supply of bulk aviation fuel and related delivery services to the Shuswap Regional Airport (Salmon Arm) (hereinafter referred to at the Shuswap Regional Airport).
 
 This RFP covers the provision of products and services required on a “more or less, as, if, and when required” basis to the Shuswap Regional Airport. 
 
 Vendor proposals must outline a quality service-oriented agreement that will include the provision identifying risk management issues, preventative maintenance issues, etc.
 
 The Vendor is encouraged to include in their proposal any additional information they feel that the City of Salmon Arm (City) should consider in evaluating their proposal. 
 
This is a three (3) year contract with an option to extend an additional two (2) years upon mutual agreement by both parties.

One (1) copies of the proposal document, enclosed in a sealed, return-addressed envelope (in accordance with Schedule 5 attached hereto and forming part of this RFP), clearly marked with the proposal name, should be submitted to the City, and it is the sole responsibility of the Vendor to deliver the proposal to the City before the Closing Date, 2:00pm, Thursday June 25, 2026
