General contracting and construction services for:
 - Approximately 365m2 of concrete curb and sidewalk removal.
 - Approximately 60 m of concrete curb removal.
 - Approximately 660m2 of new Multi-Use Path.
 - Approximately 45m2 of new concrete sidewalk.
 - Approximately 260m of new High-Back curb and gutter, with 3 pedestrian letdowns.
 - Approximately 55m2 of Class 25 Rip-Rap.
 - Storm Sewer Upgrades, 2 new Top Inlet Catch Basins with 250mm leads, reuse and reinstall 3 existing Top Inlet Catch Basins and install 1 new Top Inlet Catch Basin.
 - Abandon existing 3 storm leads and catch basin.
 - 8 Ornamental Light Standards complete with new concrete bases. 

Optional Works:
 - Approximately 260m2 sidewalk complete with 2 pedestrian letdowns and roadway signage.
 - 2 Concrete Outfall structures
