Sidewalk Upgrades (5 Avenue SE & 10 Avenue SW)

The City of Salmon Arm is seeking proposals for sidewalk and related infrastructure upgrades at two locations within the community. The contract is generally for the following work:

5 AVE NE
 • Installation of approximately 150m of concrete curb;
 • Installation of approximately 150m of 1.85m wide sidewalk;
 • Placement of approximately 110m2 of asphalt for road grading and curb tie-in;
 • Driveway reconstruction, regrading and re-surfacing;
 • Existing infrastructure replacement and adjustments;
10 AVE SW
 • Removal & Installation of approximately 25m of concrete curb;
 • Installation of approximately 170m of 3.60m wide asphalt multi-use-path;
 • Placement of approximately 15m2 of asphalt for road grading and curb tie-in;
 • Driveway reconstruction, regrading and re-surfacing;
 • Existing infrastructure replacement and adjustments;
