The City of Salmon Arm Public Works Department (City) will accept sealed proposals from qualified Vendors for the supply
and delivery of Two (2) Plug-In Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as SUV’S) for the City of Salmon
Arm Public Works Department.

Details of construction and materials, not otherwise specified are left to the discretion of the Vendor, who shall be solely responsible for the design and construction of all features.

The specifications outlined in this RFP are to be considered as desirable and any changes to the specifications noted herein must be fully documented. Incomplete or vague proposals will not be considered.

All proposals must be accompanied by the SUVS specifications which will enable the City to determine the layout and dimensions of the SUV including photograph.
