The City of Salmon Arm is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Network and Servicing Plan for Residential Development Area ‘B’. This plan will support future growth and investment by establishing a clear and practical framework for road network layout, servicing expectations, and phased implementation. Area ‘B’ represents the next priority for residential development following buildout of Area ‘A’ and will require coordinated planning to ensure infrastructure efficiency, development readiness, and integration with City standards.

The plan will serve as a guiding document for capital infrastructure and land use planning, and both long and short-term build out. It will evaluate road connectivity, topographic constraints, service extension opportunities, and subdivision feasibility to optimize land use and support attainable housing supply.
