STAGE 2 WATER RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT AS OF JULY 8, 2024
Please be advised that due to higher temperatures & lower precipitation in the forecast, Stage 2 water restrictions are in effect as of June 25, 2025. This allows outdoor water use 2 days per week based on your address, for a MAXIMUM duration of 2 hours per day. Please DO NOT water between 10 AM and 7 PM. There are some exceptions, such as for food producing plants. Click on the water restrictions information link below for more details. Thank you for your co-operation!
Residents and businesses are asked to follow these guidelines:
- Watering is allowed on designated days based on your address, for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
- No irrigation between 10 AM and 7 PM to reduce evaporation.
- Automatic systems should run between 12 AM and 7 AM to reduce peak demand.
- There are some exceptions for food-producing and landscaping plants, trees, and shrubs.
- A self-closing nozzle must be used for hand watering or other outdoor water use – open hoses/pipes are not permitted.
Non-compliance may result in fines ranging from $50 to $500, depending on the stage.
