What should I do if my sanitary service line is plugged?
You should call a plumber immediately. Most service lines become plugged through either root infestation or grease accumulation from within the homeowner’s property. If the City of Salmon Arm is called, we will attempt to resolve the situation; however, you will be billed for our services if it is determined that the blockage was related to activities from within your property.
