In regards to my Shuswap Market article of November 27, 2015, attached is the
2016 Budget Memorandum from the Cityès Chief Financial Officer dated November 16, 2015. This memo will be updated to reflect changes made by Council during the November 16th budget deliberations. I will also post the update memorandum as soon as it is available.
